The mission of NAMI Arapahoe/Douglas Counties is to build a community of recovery and hope by educating, supporting and advocating for individuals and their families affected by mental illness.



NAMI Arapahoe Douglas Counties offers free mental health support groups for adults living with mental health conditions, as well as their family members and loved ones.

AllHealth Network is a nonprofit mental health organization providing counseling, psychiatry, crisis services, substance use treatment, and more. We accept Medicaid and commercial insurance plans.

Project Helping organizes and leads 700+ volunteer experiences per year. Each volunteer experience is designed to be meaningful, social, and accessible - so it has an impact on the volunteer and the community.

Life can be challenging at times! The great news is you have the power to overcome these challenges by integrating purposeful pauses throughout the day to calm both your brain and body. Maybe you need a quick nature fix, a guided relaxation practice or some quiet music in the background. Enjoy it all and explore!
